Shipping, Delivery & Damages

 Shipment: If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at info@thefamilygameroom.com

Estimated Delivery Times: After your order has left the manufacture's warehouse you can expect your product to arrive in 3-5 business days. It is important to note that customized or backordered products are subject to 4-8 week lead times. If you are unsure if the product you wish to purchase is ready for shipment feel free to call or email us. We will do our best to inform you prior to your purchase of estimated delivery times. All estimated delivery and shipping times will be shown on the product page. 

Note: We exclusively deal with the product manufactures to allow us give you the best prices without the fees and up-charges of middlemen. For this reason, shipping times are estimates only and are no guarantee of specific delivery dates. We will send you a live automated tracking code once your order is out for delivery. Damages: Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to info@thefamilygameroom.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
